WHY DONATE?

Your donation directly fuels grassroots action. From building parklets in underserved neighborhoods to organizing voter outreach events and public art installations, every dollar helps us empower the communities most often left out of the conversation. WICC is a small, local nonprofit your support doesn’t disappear into overhead. It shows up on the streets of Cheyenne.

GET INVOLVED

Change doesn’t happen without people who show up. Volunteering with WICC means you’re not just talking about making a difference you’re living it. Whether it’s helping paint a mural, staffing a voter drive, or showing up at city hall, your time and energy build real momentum for justice and equity in our neighborhoods.

PARTNER WITH US

WICC believes lasting change happens through collaboration. We’re proud to work alongside local organizations, schools, small businesses, and civic leaders who share our commitment to equity and empowerment. If your organization wants to co-host an event, sponsor a project, or join forces on a community initiative, we’d love to connect. Let’s build something powerful. Together

Founders

A small coalition of passionate community leaders and Carla Gregorio, current President, launched WICC in 2021 with a mission to uplift underserved voices and create space for equity in Wyoming. What started as a response to local civic gaps has grown into a movement for representation, resilience, and community-led change.
